Do you just want to be able to make a contribution to the home , while doing something that you love?
Whichever you are and whatever your reason is for wanting to consider a work at home job, you have to make sure that you find something that is right for you and meaningful to do. Be sure that you are doing what you love the most. If you are doing what you love , than you will be the most productive, you will feel excited about your work, and be the most profitable at it.
Doing what you love goes along with finding your purpose in life. You need to do some serious thinking and reflection on what your life’s purpose and goals are before you decide what you will be doing at your work at home business. Maybe asking yourself the questions below will help you get started:
1. What is your real life’s purpose? What do you want to accomplish in your life?
2. How would you have to act, speak, and think to bring that purpose into reality?
3. What daily activities, choices, attitudes, and accomplishments would you choose if I lived as if my purpose meant something to me? If you are working at home , would you feel better about your choices? Would my family benefit from my choices?
4. How would you live if you were actually working on your life goal and purpose? Would working at home allow me to be myself?
This should be a starting point onto something truly amazing for you and your family. You should really put a lot of thought into starting a home based business and keep in mind that you want to be doing something that YOU love to do! Do not let others influence you, this is your goal and dream. Now get out there and live it!
I will be writing more about how to find your purpose and how to do what you love in the upcoming days and weeks.
advice careers freelance work home business ideas inspiration life make money online planning starting a home based business success support Uncategorized wahm work at homeHome parties are a vital part of many network marketing businesses, but sometimes it’s hard to come up with a good theme to really get your customers interested. Here are some tips to get you thinking of new themes:
1. What events or holidays are coming up?
This could be back-to-school, Fourth of July, Super Bowl, baby showers, any event. Think of how your products tie into this event, and use that knowledge to sell, sell, sell.
2. Solve a problem
How do people use your products? What problems do they solve? Do they keep people organized? Make cooking more fun? Decorate the house? Use your knowledge of your products to motivate your customers.
3. Men/Women only parties
This is great if they aren’t your usual customers. Think of ways to help the men or women learn to use your products or buy as gifts.
4. Clearance sale!
Focus on your company’s clearance or discount price items. Who doesn’t love a sale?
5. Charity
Offer a percentage of sales to a charity and encourage your guests to give or buy products for the charity.
6. Time savers
This is really a part of the problem solver party, but worth mentioning on its own. If your product can help people save time, why not demonstrate that?
7. Party at a business
Check with local businesses that your clients tend to be at and see if they will let you do a party. Your workplace probably will not, but what about gyms?
8. Team up
Know other consultants for other network marketing companies? Coordinate a party with them. Give your guests even more products to buy, and show how they work together.
Hopefully, these tips will give you many options for your home parties. Themes can encourage people to buy, so make sure you plan thoroughly. Above all else, have fun!

More and more moms are starting their own businesses. I think that moms make the best Entrepreneurs for a few reasons.
Moms can think on their feet and get things done. We are always having to come up with easy solutions to household problems.
Moms are multi-taskers. We have full days getting the house clean , taking care of kids, keeping hubby happy, shopping, cooking, and so on. Anyone who can do all of that every single day should have no problem running their own business , which has a ton of multi-tasking involved.
Moms are frugal and can come up with a lot of money saving ways to bootstrap a business.
Moms are caring! We show love to our families all of the time and our customers know that we will show care to our product and selling. Or whatever business we start.
Moms are creative. We have to be to be able to keep a houseful of little kids busy AND happy. Take your creative side and start a home based business from a craft or an idea that you came up with for a toy you made your little one. We moms have a special way of thinking unconventionally.
Most of us moms also have to take care of all of the book keeping and bill paying of the household , so we already have general knowledge of this to be able to carry it over to our small business book keeping.
Since most of us who want to be work at home moms are already stay at home moms, we already have the flexibility and the freedom to get started on out home based small business.
Us moms are always involved in every thing that needs done at home and will carry that over to our home based small business.
Us moms are very good at listening to others. We are able to do more and talk less.
We are able to ask how others are feeling about something and then act on it.
We never take anyone for granted.
Moms are just natural leaders and teachers. This comes in handy with a home based small business. You are most likely going to be starting this home based business venture on your own and need to be able to take the lead and be able to get out and really work at it.
Moms always find ways to do things better and easier.
Moms are very resourceful.
We have perseverance.
Moms gain a lot of patience with having a family and household to take care of. This comes in handy when you are starting out with your new business. It might take you a while to notice any profit from your business and you need patience and perseverance to get you through that hard times until you start reaping the rewards.
Moms are able to see their vision through to the end. We focus our eyes on the vision on how we want something to be and we work towards it.
In both motherhood and business you are working towards goals. It is so much easier for moms to start a small business because they already have experience with working with others and working towards goals.
If you are a mom who has always wanted to start their own business this is the time to do it. You can start out the new year with a new business. Make that your New Year’s Resolution.
How many times have I seen something that I thought was such a unique idea and that I could have come up with it. Like this “I’m Not a Plastic Bag” handbag! How ingenious is that! That is such a cool idea and such a unique item that the waiting list just to be notified of its release is a mile long.

Makes me remember the “Pet Rock”! How wild was that? The dumbest idea and it was a best seller. The person who came up with that idea became an millionaire over night.
Just goes to show you that if you do come up with a unique idea that you think is great and would make you some money ,than you need to go with it. Do not just keep the idea in your head. Try and figure out how to make it real. Try to make the item and market it. My husband has come up with some great ideas and not done them and we know they would have made some huge money. Some of them have since came out. The people who made them have become rich and we are still sitting here going paycheck to paycheck.
So the moral of this story is that : IF YOU HAVE AN IDEA FOR SOMETHING DO NOT TELL ANYONE ELSE JUST GO OUT ON YOUR OWN AND TRY TO MAKE THE IDEA REAL!
